Step1 Warm up

Sing a song: Go back to school.

Step 2 Presentation

情景导入

T: This is my friend Dora, let’s say “Hi” to Dora. She goes to school every day.

Learn: go to school  every

T: We go to school every day, too.

T:This is the way Dora goes to school. Look, she meets a river. She must pack her schoolbag then she can cross it. Let’s help her. What will she take?

 S: A pencil.

T: With the pencil, we can write.

Learn: write.

Chant: write, write, I can write I I I.

Learn: We write at school.

S: A book.

T: With the book, we can read.

Chant: read, read, we can read at school.

Learn: We can read and write at school.

T: Dora cross the river, she goes into the forest.

Sing together.

T: Here comes an Indian.

Indian: Let’s play games! 

Play a game: I say, you say.

T: Can you say “We…at school.”?

S:We…

T: Can we sing and dance at school?

Sing together.

T:We have fun! Let’s say Have fun.

T: Do you have fun?

S: Yes. We have fun!

T: We like our school!

Sing together.

T:Dora is at school, but her English book is broken. Some sentences are missing, let’s watch the cartoon and help her to find the sentences.
